Girders in hot dipped galvanized steel En Uni 10025:2004 S275JR according to the standards UNI EN ISO 1461. Main frame made from hot-dipped galvanized steel and head frames UPN 200 with transversal corners 80x40x6. nuts and bolts and fastenings in stainless steel AISI 316;Made in fine exotic wood staves (dim 2.1x14.5 cm) fixed with self-tapping screws in stainless steel aisi 316 which resist a traction of > than 100 Kg/cm2 and a compression of > than 600 Kg/cm2; fixed on aluminium bars. Lifespan of the wood in a marine environment is about 20 years.
 
The floating docks are predisposed for the passage of separate power and water cables, in fact, the sides of the walkway have canals in anodized aluminium or in wood for eventual inspections of power and water.Thickness of the walls: 4.00 cm ; armed with fibreglass of the FRP mesh 99x99 type of high resistance according to standards. Nucleus of non-regenerated closed cell polystyrene foam, of a density of 15/m3, fixed by stainless steel AISI 316 screws. Characteristics of concrete: resistance to compression 28.00 Mn m2, cement of 425 pozzolan type. Doped with polypropylene fibre fibro mix PPM type, resistance to traction 700 Mn m2
 
Lateral buffers in the same wood used for the walkway. Sect. 9.0 x 5.0 cm

- with pairs of bolts in steel M22 with rubber pads in neoprene. Braking load for compression not inferior to 90 Kg cm2

- with navigational fenders complete with bushing in Teflon, which permit an increased navigation of the floating docks.
