Girders in hot dipped galvanized steel En Uni 10025:2004 S275JR according to the standards UNI EN ISO 1461. Main frame made from hot-dipped galvanized steel and head frames UPN 200/220 with transversal corners 80x40x6. nuts and bolts and fastenings in stainless steel.

Made in fine exotic wood staves (dim 2.2x12/14 cm) fixed with self-tapping screws in stainless steel which resist a traction of > than 100 Kg/cm^2 and a compression of > than 600 Kg/cm2. Lifespan of the wood in a marine environment is about 20 years.

 

The floating docks are predisposed for eventual inspections of power and water.

Thickness of the walls: 4.00 mm ; core of closed cell polystyrene foam unregenerate, 15/m3 density, set by prisoners in stainless steel AISI 316.
 
Lateral buffers in the same wood used for the walkway. Sect. 11.0 x 5.0 cm

- with pairs of bolts in steel M22 with rubber pads in neoprene. Braking load for compression not inferior to 90 Kg cm2

- with navigational fenders complete with bushing in Teflon, which permit an increased navigation of the floating docks.
